SXFO was founded by Miguel Arriaga — an operator who has spent years working inside businesses, not just advising from the outside. Understanding people, operations, talent, partnerships and the day-to-day execution required to make things actually work is the foundation everything else is built on.

That experience was earned across the digital entertainment and creator economy — including specialized experience in the adult industry, one of the most competitive, fast-moving and operationally demanding spaces online. Recruiting talent, running departments, negotiating partnerships and growing revenue in that environment teaches lessons no classroom can.

Today, SXFO pairs that real-world experience with modern AI and technology. The result: we move from "here's the opportunity" to "here's the working system" faster than a traditional consultancy, and with more business sense than a traditional development shop.
